Privacy & security

Is MindMaster suitable for a solo practice?
Yes. It is built for solo therapists and small clinics rather than large hospital departments, so there is no team hierarchy to configure before you can book your first session.
What does MindMaster cost?
Nothing for your first 6 months, and there is no card to enter. After that it is a flat $3.99 a month for a small practice, or $39.90 a year. Larger practices and clinics are priced on request: ask for a quote from Support inside your account and we reply with a plan sized to your caseload. Every practice gets the whole product.
What happens after the 6 months?
Your practice moves to the Small practice plan at a flat $3.99 a month, or $39.90 a year. We email you before your first payment date with a way to pay that works in your country, and you pay only if you decide to continue. You can cancel or export your data at any time.
How is my clients' data kept private?
Each practice's records are isolated from every other practice, all traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. We do not sell or share your data, and you can download all of it as spreadsheets at any time.
I already have clients. Do I need to enter them all first?
No. Send your booking link to the clients you already see and each booking adds the client for you, or add someone by name the next time you see them. There is nothing to import.
Do you have a referral programme?
Yes. Every practice has an invite link in Settings. When a practice you invite makes its first payment, you get one month free. One month per practice, with no limit on how many you can earn.
Can clients book their own sessions?
Yes. Turn on online booking and you get a link to share on WhatsApp or your website. Clients pick a free time from the hours you set, the session appears in your diary, and we email you their name and phone number. You choose the session length, the gap between sessions, the minimum notice, and your days off.
