Delete your account
You can close your account and have your data deleted at any time. Here is how, and what happens.

From the Android app
- Go to Settings. On a phone it is under More.
- Scroll to Delete account and tap Request deletion.
- Confirm. A support ticket asking us to delete your account opens, so you can follow it.
From the website
Log in, open Support and create a ticket titled Delete my account. We reply in that ticket.
By email
Write to admin@modoware.com from the email address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. Writing from that address is how we know the request is yours.
Before you ask
Deleting cannot be undone. If you want a copy, download everything first from Settings, Your data. You get your clients, sessions, notes and follow ups as spreadsheet files.
If you only want to remove one client, you do not need to close your account: open the client and delete them there.
What is deleted
- Your account: your name, email address and password.
- Your business details, logo, booking link and booking settings.
- Every client record, session, note, follow up task and fee you entered.
- Your support tickets and their messages.
We keep nothing else, except a short record that the deletion happened and anything the law requires us to keep.
How long it takes
We delete your data from the live database within 30 days of your request and confirm by email when it is done. Copies in our backups expire within 30 days after that.
